Outpatient Mental Health Services

Therapy Services

Lighthouse helps youth and their families struggling with mental health, behavioral health, or emotional problems.

Your child’s mental health is just as important as their physical health. The good news is that like physical health, mental health can be assessed, diagnosed and improved.

Lighthouse offers individual therapy, family therapy, intensive home based therapy, substance use treatment, and case management.

Services are available seven days a week with flexible hours and are available in your home (or elsewhere in your community), in our office or via telehealth.

The need for therapy is determined through the completion of a diagnostic assessment by the Lighthouse Integrated Access team.

A diagnostic assessment is a written evaluation conducted by a mental health professional to determine whether a child or youth has a mental health disorder.

Please feel free to contact us in the way that’s most comfortable for you. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible. Referrals welcome.
