Case Management Services
Lighthouse provides services aimed at improving the functioning and self-sufficiency of youth with mental health diagnoses.
Case Management Services: Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST) and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) focused on providing specific and individualized services to each person served. An array of services is provided in the home, school, and/or community.
Lighthouse Intensive Services Team provides treatment, rehabilitation, and supportive services for youth ages 14-24 who have severe and chronic mental illness. The Intensive Services Team includes case managers, therapists, and an Intensive Services Manager. The team uses an individualized approach to help teenagers and young adults find and keep employment, better manage mental and physical health symptoms, find and live in their own homes, recover, maintain optimism, and achieve individual goals.
