  2. Staff Training
  3. Rolling Out the Welcome Mat
  4. Parent/Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA)/Exchange Best Practices
  5. Youth Best Practices
  6. Sustainability & Capacity Building
  7. Leadership & Innovation

“Providing children and families with the most inclusive environment in which to grow should always be the number one priority,” said Phii Regis, Director of HRC’s All Children – All Families Program. “We are grateful for Lighthouse’s work as part of this partnership — together, we can win the fight for equality and build safe and loving communities at the same time.”

HRC Foundation’s All Children – All Families provides educational resources, training, and technical assistance on LGBTQ+ inclusion for child welfare systems. Since 2007, ACAF has been the go-to resource for agencies looking to truly welcome and affirm LGBTQ+ prospective parents and transform their service delivery for LGBTQ+ youth in out-of-home care.
