The purpose of MLK Day of Service is to turn Dr. Martin King Jr.’s teachings into a day of action across the country and use it as an opportunity to deepen our commitment and connection to those in our community who are too often at its margins.

Greater Cincinnati HRC will once again be partnering with Lighthouse Youth & Family Services to provide care packs & necessities for youth reached by their street outreach team.

Also, so far this year, Lighthouse has served 363 individuals between the ages of 18 to 24. This year, we need Men’s & Women’s Socks, Men’s & Women’s Underwear, Men’s & Women’s T-Shirts, and other items available via the Amazon wishlist which sends items directly to Lighthouse.
