Lighthouse welcomes your participation in our special events. Exciting opportunities are available for sponsors, supporters, and fundraising volunteers.

• 40th Anniversary Gala
  In honor of our 40th Anniversary, Lighthouse Youth Services celebrated with a giant party in April 2009! The Hyatt Regency Cincinnati served as a backdrop for all the exciting festivities, including a special auction sponsored by Tiffany & Co., performance by Broadway star, Brian Stokes Mitchell, a gourmet dinner, and much more!.
  
  Proceeds from the gala went toward the purchase and renovation of Lighthouse Youth Services' new home. The new building will house our rapidly growing counseling and in-home services programs, as well as administrative staff.
  
  
• The Beacon of Light Humanitarian Awards
  Each year, from 1995-2008, Lighthouse has honored a select group of humanitarians with its prestigious Beacon of Light Award. Individuals--or groups--are chosen based on demonstrated leadership and service, community impact, and their involvement with children, youth and families.
  
  Proceeds from the gala have supported the Lighthouse Beacon for Youth Foundation, dedicated to healing children and to preventing the array of crises involving youth and families in our neighborhoods.
  

• Fall Event
  Held each autumn in a private home, this event celebrates the season with “fun, food, flowers and fashion!”  Featuring the finest of Cincinnati’s cuisine and boutiques, it is no surprise that this glamorous day has been sold out each year. 
  
  Proceeds from the Fall Event support the vital services Lighthouse provides, as well as the Program Wish List.
  
  
• Happy Holidays
  Help Lighthouse Youth Services to brighten spirits by supporting the Lighthouse Happy Holidays Project.  Individually or as a group, you can adopt a youth or family in need, and purchase gifts from that child or families' holiday wish list.
